Hello Delegates! My name is Filippo Lockwood and I am a senior at the International School of Panama. If you are currently reading this, you likely are a delegate wondering about FIFA! If so, I will have the honor of being your chair for this year's edition of the conference, PANAMUN XXXI. On a more personal note, I was born in Venice, Italy, and have since lived in 6 different countries on 4 different continents. In my free time, I love playing basketball, listening to music, and hanging out with my friends. In my first conference, I was the Delegate of China in UNDP and since then I have grown very fond of debating. As the son of a mother who works at the UN, I greatly understand and appreciate the opportunity that PANAMUN gives students. PANAMUN is not only a unique opportunity to tackle the world's most pressing issues, but it encourages collaboration and the development of leadership skills which are sure to aid all in future endeavors. From this PANAMUN experience, I ask that all Delegates enter with an open mind and with the willingness to collaborate.
