Hello everyone! My name is Josefina Dodero, and it’s a pleasure to be part of the Secretariat this year. I am looking forward to working as this year’s Deputy Secretary General of the Administrative Staff for PANAMUN XXXI.  

 

I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina but have lived in Panama since 2010. This is my 13th year at the International School of Panama, and also my last. Ever since joining ISP, I have witnessed many conferences from afar and up until 2020, I was able to participate in the long-awaited conference. Witnessing the extensive preparations and hard work that went into organizing the conference was truly captivating for me.  From being a delegate to an admin, I have gained a unique perspective on the inner workings of PANAMUN.

 

I am thrilled to contribute to the success of PANAMUN XXXI and be part of the team that works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. As DSG of Administrative Staff, I will be overseeing various logistical aspects such as prepping the administrative staff, setting up committees for debate, and ensuring everything else is set up before the conference. Working closely with the Secretariat, I will strive to make PANAMUN XXXI an unforgettable experience for all participants.
