Hello everyone!

My name is Maia Seleme, and I am honored to be this year’s Deputy Secretary General of External Affairs!

 

I am originally from Bolivia, and have spent the last 6 years living in Panama, and before that in Montevideo, Uruguay. My first debate experience was 2 years ago, In PANAMUN XXIX! Ever since then, I have had the privilege of attending multiple conferences. Whether they were online, national, and even international conferences, the experiences I’ve had are indescribable. Debate has taught me so much, each conference expanding my knowledge and strengthening my skills even more, as well as introducing me to amazing people from all over the world. 

 

I am incredibly excited for this year's PANAMUN XXXI. Working with this amazing group of people has been a fantastic experience, and I am looking forward to this year's PANAMUN becoming one of the most memorable conferences for all those attending. See you soon!
