Hey, my name is Luis Colmenares and welcome to PANAMUN XXVIII. I am one of the chairs for the WHO and it’s something that I have always dreamed of since I was an admin. I believe that we will be able to debate about the controversial topics going on while making new friendships. I’m a sophomore in the international school of panama. I have always had a passion for debating and sports while moving between four countries. I’m a Venezuelan raised in Brazil and throughout the 15 years I've been alive I have attended 5 mun conferences. Three of them have been PANAMUN, while I've also attended PACMUN and THIMUN as a delegate. I love spending time listening to music while skating and I hope that I am able to feed the flame of passion for debate within all of you. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and making new connections. Let's make this a memorable conference for everyone.
