Hello Delegates! My name is Valentina Madrid and I’m a senior at the International School of Panama. I was born in Medellin, Colombia, but moved to Panama 14 years ago. My love for debate started in 9th grade, in the PANAMUN XXV, I had no experience and I was scared of speaking publicly. However, this conference gave me the tools to be the confident and independent woman I am now. Attending this conference gave me the opportunity to meet new people and new cultures, which opened doors for me around the world, as it will do to you. PANAMUN gives the opportunity for young aspiring delegates a chance to experience what the United Nations issues look like and how different perspectives function in a courtroom. Apart from debating, I like to play volleyball, dance, go to the beach and hangout with my friends and family. This year I am honored to be your World Health Organization Chair in the PANAMUN XXVIII! I am looking forward to meeting each one of you and ready to hear your voice and perspectives in our debate. I have been a delegate, an admin, and now a Chair, which means I understand what you are going through and know this can be nerve-racking to some. Do not worry, I can assure you I will do my best effort so you have the best and most comfortable debating experience yet. I hope you are all ready to give this PANAMUN your best and have fun. See you soon!

Hi everyone! My name is Martin Vivone and I'm a sophomore in the International School of Panama. IMsuper excited for Panamun XXVIII and hope all of you are too. I've been doing MUN debates since seventh grade and have enjoyed all the five conferences I've been to. Panamun XXVIII will be my first time chairing in a MUN debate, a role I was excited to take place in from the moment I started debating and I'm honored to be doing so in the World Health Organization. In my spare time I really enjoy watching and mostly playing sports especially football and tennis. I also like to keep up with current world issues. I'm excited to meet all of you and guide you through the debate. Panamun XXVIII will be a special one for me and my co-chairs and I will do our best to make it the best Panamun yet!
