Gabriel

Hello Delegates! My name is Gabriel Solis and I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. I am really excited to work with all of you and have fun in the Social, Cultural, and Humanitarian Council. I am originally from Costa Rica, and lived there my whole life until I moved to Panama at the beginning of my sophomore year. In my free time I really enjoy playing soccer, which I have been playing since I was really small, as well as running, which I picked up about a year ago. I also like to spend my time with my dog, a cocker spaniel named Milo, spend time outdoors, and to hang out with my friends. In terms of my previous MUN experience, I have been to 6 conferences, 4 as a delegate and 2 as a chair. I have also worked with a group of middle schoolers in Illinois to teach them procedures and prepare them for their conferences. Finally, as some of you may know, I’m the head of the Middle School Debate Club. I’m really excited to work with all of you and I’m sure we will have a great time.

Isabella

Hi, delegates! My name is Isabella Puentes and I am an 11th-grade student at the International School of Panama, and this will be my third participation in PANAMUN. I was born in the United States of America where I lived for eight years; in 2014 we moved to England, where we lived for four years, briefly headed back to the USA, and then relocated to Panama. My favorite hobbies include but are not limited to art, swimming, and playing the violin. I took part in the MUN conference last year and participated in the last three PANAMUN’s as a delegate. I have really enjoyed partaking in these conferences and hope you will too! It is an honor to be your chair this year, I can’t wait to meet all of you and I will do my best to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable debate. Super excited to start this year’s conference!
