Henry Koll

Hello, delegates! My name is Henry Koll and I am currently a senior here at the International School of Panama. I feel honored to be part of your Panamun XXXI experience, as a chair of the UNDP committee. I was born in Belgium and lived there until the age of 8, after having lived in both Panama and Canada. I experienced Panamun for the first time in 2022 (Panamun XXX) and thought this was one of the most enriching extracurricular activities I have ever participated in. I came into this past conference completely lost regarding public speaking confidence and debate procedure but quickly grew into a proficient debater. To me, Panamun is a chance to not only discover your skills but also to learn about things that you want to build upon. I, alongside my co-chair Cecilia, will try my absolute best to provide you with an open platform so that you can put your deepest thoughts and ideas on display. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns! See you at the debate!

Cecilia Brennan

Hello delegates! My name is Cecilia Brennan and I am currently a junior at the International School of Panama. I’m so excited to welcome you to PANAMUN XXXI as one of your chairs in the United Nations Development Programme! I am from the United States, but I lived in England for two years. I moved to Panama in 9th grade, where I participated in my first debate as a delegate for the CCPCJ committee. I got to discuss topics such as sports corruption and maritime law. At first, I was very nervous but ended up enjoying it and gaining important debating skills. Since then, I have participated in 4 other MUN conferences. MUN really helped me be aware of current events and explore the perspectives of countries that I hadn’t considered before. Outside of MUN, I enjoy playing softball, running, and reading. I love keeping up with current events and politics. I also spend my free time going shopping and hanging out with my friends. I am very proud to be a chair for UNDP this year, and will do my best to provide all delegates with a memorable experience. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. I can’t wait to meet all of you, see you soon!!
