Conference Fee

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS

School Delegation Fee:  260.00 USD

Individual Delegate Fee:  100.00 USD

MUN Director/Advisor Fee:  100.00 USD

Late applications will be charged an extra $50.00 USD fee.

International Fees include all conference materials, lunch for all three days. For schools staying at the Marriott Courtyard (the PANAMUN-affiliated hotel), transportation to and from the hotel to school will also be provided. For schools not staying at the Marriott Courtyard, transportation will only be provided for students and faculty advisors who are present at the said hotel at the designated time on conference days.

 

PANAMANIAN SCHOOLS

School Delegation Fee:  260.00 USD

Individual Delegate Fee:  90.00 USD

MUN Director/Advisor Fee:  90.00 USD

Panamanian Fees include all conference materials and lunch for all three days.

 

Hotel Information

Marriot Courtyard Hotel at MultiPlaza Mall - The hotel charges $85 a night plus taxes ($94.50) for a Singles room, $95 plus taxes ($104.50) for 2 students and $115 plus taxes ($126.50) for 4 students in a room. This includes breakfast, WiFi, a discount shopping card for MultiPlaza Mall, and the use of the facilities (gym and pool). Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel by ISP.

COVID in Panama​

It is important to note that although this year we are incredibly excited to return to our in-person model, we would like to recognize the uncertainty created by the coronavirus pandemic.
 
Panama’s cases have risen in recent weeks, and even though we are very hopeful that the situation will get better in time for the conference, if, for any reason, the school’s administration or the local authorities deem it unsafe for PANAMUN to be hosted in-person for foreign delegates and faculty, we will have an online model that can be rapidly implemented, so your delegation can still participate of our conference.  Unfortunately, if this situation were to happen the week before the conference, PANAMUN would only be able to reimburse the costs of food and transportation. PANAMUN is not responsible for other expenses, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or booked tours.
 
We ask you to please keep this situation in mind but to also understand that we are optimistic about our conference being in person. We will keep you updated on Panama’s situation and any changes that might be made.
