CHAIRS
Clara Crystal
Hi, delegates! My name is Clara Crystal, and I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. I was born in Boston, but I have lived in Panama for most of my life. In 7th grade, I told myself that debate was not "my thing." However, after a teacher's awfully good persuasive skills, I was convinced to be a part of MUN. This year, I have the honor and privilege of being one of the MS World Health Organization Chairs at the upcoming PANAMUN XXX Conference! Aside from debate, I am also a part of the Student Council and a middle-distance runner on my school's track team! I want to open up a safe and comforting space for us to all learn more about ourselves and the world around us. I am eager to see the fruitful debate ahead of us. Good luck with your preparations. See you soon, future diplomats!
Felipe da Paixao
Greetings delegates, my name is Felipe da Paixão, and I am delighted to be your chair in PANAMUN XXX for the MS WHO committee. I am a rising junior at the International School of Panama. This will be my fourth MUN Conference and the second time being a chair. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, so it should come as no surprise that one of my passions is soccer. I have lived in four different countries (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama) and speak three languages fluently (English, Portuguese, and Spanish). I enjoy debate and MUN conferences because it allows me to investigate global issues and explore points of view different from mine. I started my journey in ninth grade as a delegate. After that, I participated in LAMUN as a delegate and later as a high-school chair in PANAMUN XXIX. It was one of the most rewarding experiences during my high-school years. Outside of school and debating, my hobbies include playing soccer & volleyball and playing video games with my friends. I hope to make your PANAMUN experience memorable, but most importantly, make sure you guys have fun!
Ariel Naor
Hello Delegates! My name is Ariel Naor I am currently a Junior in the International School of Panama and am so excited to be your chair for World Health Organization MS (WHO MS) of PANAMUN 30. I was born in Panama and have lived all of my life in this country. This opportunity is very excited for me seeing as I have only been in PANAMUN for 2 conferences, and it is my first time being a chair. My favorite things to do are playing video games, watching movies, hanging out with friends and more. One of my favorite subjects in school is Economics and Chemistry. With this being said I am very excited to be part of WHO MS and hope to get along with all of you.
