CHAIRS
Nicolas Quintana
Hello delegates! My name is Nicolas Quintana and I am currently a junior at the International School of Panama and I am honored and excited to be one of the chairs for the World Health Organization in PANAMUN XXX. I was born in Mexico City, Mexico and lived there for 4 years, I then moved to Bogota, Colombia where I lived there for nearly 2 years, on the road again now to Panama, where I have been here for over 11 years. My first experience with MUN was in 9th grade, it was pretty scary at the beginning, but got the hang of it quickly and realized this was fun. Thanks to debating I've found ways to express myself I haven’t thought of before. Although debate is not one of my passions, I'm head over heels on sports, particularly F1 and soccer (football). This will be my 4th MUN conference and I am extremely excited to meet all of you and chair what will be an amazing committee. I will do my best to make this committee fun for all of you. Can’t wait to see all of you in October!
Seoyun Bae
Hello, delegates! My name is Seoyun Bae, and I am currently a junior at the International School of Panama. I am very honored to be one of the chairs of the World Health Organization in PANAMUN 30. I was born and raised in Korea for 7 years until I moved to the Philippines, where I spent a great portion of my childhood. I then moved back to Korea for a year and a half, and I have been living here in Panama for more than 2 years now. My MUN journey began in 9th grade when I participated in PANAMUN XXVII as the delegate of Panama in ECOSOC. I continued to grow stronger in debate as I moved my way through various other conferences and eventually began to see the beauty of MUN in that you can find your voice and create unforgettable memories. Apart from debate, I am passionate about medicine and love to spend time with my friends. I am very excited to see you all in person and chair for WHO, which is among my favorite committees! I hope that you all have a wonderful experience at PANAMUN 30. Looking forward to seeing you all in October!
