grade, I was once again delegate of India in the Spanish Committee. Last year, during PANAMUN XXIII, I was honored by being part of the officer team, carrying out the role of Co-Chair in the CEPAL committee. This year, I am very enthusiastic about participating as Chair of CCPCJ and I hope for a fruitful debate during the upcoming PANAMUN XIV.

Welcome to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice during PANAMUN XIV! My name is Gaston Arguindegui. I am currently a Senior at ISP and I will be your Head Chair for this upcoming conference. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I arrived to Panama about 11 years ago. I initially engaged in MUN conferences in 8th grade, and I was a part of the Spanish Committee representing the delegation of Bolivia. During that same year, I was able to travel to New York to participate in NYMUN as the delegation of Ecuador in the Environmental Committee. In 9th
